Hello, I'm Jennifer Matos, originally from Germany and currently residing in the United States since 2018. With over a decade of experience in higher education, I have had the privilege of wearing multiple hats, from academic advising to roles in Human Resources and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
My educational journey includes a bachelor's degree in business, which laid the foundation for my career in higher education. I furthered my expertise with a master's degree in Distance Education and E-Learning, solidifying my dedication to the world of higher education.
I'm constantly exploring and experimenting with new tech tools to enhance the learning journey. My curiosity extends to emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR), which I believe hold incredible potential to revolutionize education.
